Due to the prolonged "COVID-19 pandemic," many companies are advancing their transition to telework and remote meetings. The traditional document management consulting, which relies on repeated direct interactions and office visits, carries various risks, and consultants are required to address these challenges. "Remote Document Management" is an app designed for consultants that allows them to conduct document management consulting without meeting clients in person. Since our establishment in 1998, we have provided consulting services that tackle our clients' document management challenges together with them, delivering visible results. In recent years, advancements in communication technology and the enhancement of meeting tools have continuously expanded the range of work that can be done "without direct contact." We considered whether we could remote-enable and app-enable traditional tasks such as hearings and on-site investigations by utilizing these technologies. By merging years of know-how with new technologies, we have developed a "document management consulting" that is suited to the times, carefully considering the perspectives of both consultants and clients. This is what we propose as "Remote Document Management." Shall we bring about a "work style reform" in document management consulting through the power of IT?
