By simply specifying which part is the pressed material by number, HYCRASH conducts forming analysis for all those parts. The calculation results are automatically generated as initial conditions (thickness, plastic strain) for Ansys LS-DYNA, and the data can be directly used for collision analysis in Ansys LS-DYNA. In HYCRASH, when incorporating work hardening, residual strain and changes in plate thickness due to pressing are calculated. During this process, the one-step method is used, eliminating the need for simulation data for pressing that was required in conventional methods, significantly reducing computation time.
