Protection against oxygen corrosion is also provided! It partially deactivates metal ions. [Samples available]
Our biopolymer has been specially developed for boiler water treatment. It prevents, suppresses, and disperses deposits in boiler tubes, injectors, feed lines, and economizers. It retains carbonates, iron oxides, and phosphate sludge formed from reactions between water hardness, chemical treatments, and corrosion products in suspension. The sludge does not adhere to metal surfaces, accumulates in the boiler water, and can be blown off, significantly minimizing the eventual formation of hard scale that typically reduces heat transfer. 【Features】 ■ Prevents, suppresses, and disperses deposits such as those in economizers ■ Retains carbonates, iron oxides, and phosphate sludge in suspension ■ Sludge: accumulates in boiler water and can be blown off ■ Also provides protection against oxygen corrosion ■ Has film-forming capabilities ★Currently offering samples of 200-300g★ Please feel free to contact us for more details.
