Introducing experiments that have proven to be bio-based sustainable alternatives! [Samples available]
In the dynamic flow tests conducted within the company, the dispersion capability of Pionera biopolymer has been demonstrated to be equivalent to that of petrochemical-based dispersants and superior to standard lignosulfonates. The calcium carbonate scale dynamic flow test measures the weight of calcium carbonate scale deposited on a glass surface, using 100 times the saturated solubility of calcium carbonate, 50 ppm of polymer inhibitor, and a scale time of 2 hours. The gypsum scale dynamic flow test evaluates the scale amount both by weight and optically, using 1.2 times the saturated solubility of calcium sulfate, 10 ppm of polymer inhibitor, an 8-hour scale time, and a temperature gradient with copper pipes. [Key Points] - Similar scale growth on the surfaces of biopolymers and petrochemical-based polyacrylates - Proven to be a sustainable alternative based on bio-resources - Superior to other bio-based options ★Samples of 200-300g are currently available★ Please feel free to contact us for more details.
