Measurements conducted at pH 8.5! Improved cleaning by preventing reattachment to the surface [Samples available].
Pionera dispersants demonstrate superior performance in the dispersion of many common contaminants (rust, clay, soot, oil, etc.) in cooling circuits compared to polyacrylate. Dispersion improves cleaning by keeping particles suspended in water and preventing re-adhesion to surfaces. In the laboratory, a diluted dispersion of ferric oxide (0.1g in 50ml) and kaolin (1g in 50ml) was prepared with dispersant concentrations of 0.01% to 0.03% (weight of dispersant per weight of solid particles), using a polyacrylate (PA) with a molecular weight of 5000 Da as the baseline. [Key Points] ■ Superior dispersion performance of Pionera biopolymer compared to petroleum-based polyacrylate ■ Proven to be a sustainable bio-based alternative in water treatment formulations ★Samples of 200-300g are currently available★ Please feel free to contact us for more details.
