The "SR10-FF" is a two-dimensional film thickness measurement software that reads measurement data from the "SR-5000" and performs calculations and analyses of film thickness. Due to its two-dimensional measurement capability, the "SR10-FF" can measure the thickness of RGB films, which typically require multiple measurements, in just one measurement.
