We propose using tinplate material! An example of a design that combines flexibility with a duct hose.
We would like to introduce a case study of air conditioning duct component processing that we conducted. In the field, there were instances where two people were working together, but with the current air conditioning system, only one person was receiving airflow, while the other was completely without airflow. Therefore, we visited the site to first confirm the situation. We proposed a method to create and install a Y-branch duct so that both individuals would receive airflow. Since the dimensions were outside the standard specifications, we took actual measurements of the air conditioning duct. The main duct was 250mm in diameter, and the Y-branch part was 125mm x 2. To prevent the risk of falling due to increased weight, we chose galvanized steel as the material. [Case Overview] ■ Industry: Automotive parts manufacturing ■ Subject: Duct ■ Request: Split the air conditioning duct into two branches ■ Construction duration: Approximately 10 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. Key service areas: Mie Prefecture, Hokusei District, Chusei District (surrounding Mie).
