[Parts Processing Example] Liquid Tank Cart and Storage Rack

The work on-site can now be done safely, and the number of workers has been reduced! A case of modifying a ready-made cart.

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request from a customer to improve a cart so that a cylinder filled with liquid does not fall during its movement to the storage shelf. After discussing with the customer, we proposed adding rollers to the cart and the storage shelf to eliminate the need for two people to lift it. Later, we revisited the site with the processing contractor and suggested installing a frame and safety bar on the cart to prevent it from falling.
