We propose a matching type jig! An example of creating a model with cardboard to align the image.

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request from a customer for the proposal and production of a testing jig. We reviewed the current testing methods and looked at photos taken during work when visiting other business locations, and we discussed the products to be tested. Considering the need to minimize the gap between the product being tested and the jig for better workability, we proposed a butt-joint type jig. Additionally, we suggested creating a plate to serve as a base to allow for height adjustments. We produced one unit for testing, and since it met the customer's expectations, we were able to receive an additional order for two more units.
