Hearing about the customer's usage environment and operational methods! A case study created with a focus on ease of use.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a wooden stamp holder. We received a rough image from the customer and conducted interviews to understand their usage environment and operational methods. Based on that information, we held discussions with our partner company. We focused on usability, considering the hole diameter for storing the stamps, the pitch of the storage holes, the depth of the storage holes, and even the angle of the holes for insertion, confirming with the customer at each stage of production.
