Cleaning agent for molding machines "Asaclean" *Presentation of effective usage methods available.
Here are five points to maximize the use of Asacrin and reduce loss and foreign substances. A comprehensive product catalog is also available.
"Asacrin" is a cleaning agent for molding machines that significantly reduces the time required for color and resin changes due to its very high cleaning power. It prevents the occurrence of foreign substances and appearance defects, reduces material loss, and can also lower the frequency of maintenance tasks such as disassembly and cleaning. This greatly contributes to reducing total costs. You can choose from various grades that cater to a wide range of resins, including styrene-based, engineering plastics, PP, PE, PMMA, PC, and high-temperature resins. ◎ We are currently distributing materials that introduce five key points on how to effectively utilize "Asacrin" to prevent loss and foreign substances. You can view the materials by downloading the PDF. The comprehensive catalog is also available for your reference.

basic information
Asaclean has been supported by many customers since its launch in 1990 and is used in over 70 countries and regions as a cleaning agent for molding machines. Through the development of various grades, it not only shortens and improves the efficiency of color and resin changes in molding machines but also achieves a wide range of effects from the removal to the prevention of resin degradation (such as burning and black spots), significantly contributing to the reduction of defect rates in molded products. *For more details, please refer to the materials. Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products. In 2008, we introduced the high-performance grade IMX, which has a completely different design concept from the conventional Asaclean, contributing to further reductions in foreign matter defect rates and the efficiency of molding machine maintenance. In the future, we will continue to provide products that further contribute to "reducing losses and improving efficiency in molding sites = cost reduction."
