Our company manufactures polished bar steel using cold processing methods known as "cold drawing" and "cold rolling." Both processes are plastic deformations that do not cut or grind the steel material, resulting in extremely minimal material loss. Additionally, since the processing is done at cold (room temperature), it does not reduce material strength, and compared to hot (high temperature) processing methods, it achieves a high level of dimensional accuracy. 【Features】 <Cold Drawing> - A processing method where the raw bar steel or wire is passed through a tool called a "die," which has holes, at "cold (room temperature)" to stretch and change the shape of the material. - By changing the shape of the die hole, it is possible to manufacture various shapes. <Cold Rolling> - A processing method where bar steel or wire is passed between a pair of cylindrical rollers (called rolls), changing its shape by squeezing it like stretching noodles. *For more details, please download the materials or feel free to contact us.
