Achieve highly flexible drawing with simple language! It can be adapted to high-viscosity materials (up to 10000 mPa·s).
We would like to introduce Hamamatsu Nanotechnology Co., Ltd.'s "Electrostatic Dispensing and Patterning Technology." "Electrostatic dispensing" is a method that applies a pulse voltage to a liquid material filled in a nozzle, creating an electrostatic attraction force from the induced charges generated at the workpiece and the nozzle tip, which forms micro-droplets on the workpiece. Since this method draws liquid material from the nozzle tip, it has lower pressure loss compared to discharge methods that rely on internal pressurization of the nozzle, making it suitable for high-viscosity materials of several thousand mPa·s. 【Features】 ■ Capable of drawing dots from φ2μm and line widths from 10μm using electrostatic micro-dispensing technology ■ Adaptable to high-viscosity materials (up to 10000 mPa·s) ■ Product lineup equipped with observation methods tailored to the purpose (lateral observation, reflection observation) ■ Achieves high flexibility in drawing with simple language *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Our company provides essential technological elements for "manufacturing with nanomaterials" to society, contributing to the realization of a "rich and resource-efficient society" that actively utilizes nanomaterials, while also promoting the prosperity of our stakeholders. In "manufacturing with nanomaterials," process technologies such as the production of nanomaterials, dispersion in poor solvents, film formation (coating), patterning, and three-dimensional structuring are required. Our company develops, manufactures, and sells specialized equipment for these processes, as well as engages in the sale of products manufactured using that equipment.
