History In 1955, the predecessor president established Akiyama Manufacturing Co., a parts processing factory, as a subcontractor for a toy manufacturer at the current location. We carry out a wide variety of processing for miscellaneous goods, stationery (pencil sharpeners), construction hardware, and more. In January 1971, we reorganized into Akiue Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with a capital of 1 million yen. In August 1972, we began transactions with Negurosu Electric Co., a manufacturer of electrical materials. In 1974, we started handling low-voltage components. In 1990, we began processing slip ring components. In 1993, we opened the Sugamo office and installed one CAD machine (ANDOR CADSUPER FX). In 1994, we added two more CAD machines (FX) and began designing and manufacturing geological survey equipment and industrial machinery. We also started the production and sale of completed slip rings. In 1995, we increased our capital to 3 million yen. In September 2002, we exhibited at the Tokyo Big Sight Small and Medium Enterprises Techno Fair 2002 and launched our website. In October 2002, we added one CAD machine for laptops (FX). In January 2003, we introduced new software and hardware for accounting and sales management. In October 2003, we exhibited at the Tokyo Big Sight Small and Medium Enterprises Techno Fair 2003. In November 2003, we increased our capital to 10 million yen. In June 2007, we exhibited at the Tokyo Big Sight Machine Elements Technology Exhibition 2007 on June 27, 28, and 29. In October 2008, we renewed our website.
