This cutter allows for processes that were previously only possible with total type vanishing and brazing types, now standardizing the throwaway type (except for PF1/8). It consolidates the processes for machining the seat face of each screw, R machining on the upper surface, and counterboring. We have standardized the Unified (UNF/SAE) standard products that were previously handled as special cases, and we also welcome inquiries about other standards.
