We would like to introduce the achievements of the "Ainix treatment," which improves the sliding properties of parts and extends their lifespan. After applying the treatment to molds for magnesium alloy injection molding (thixomolding), the release of products from the molds improved significantly, resulting in a dramatic increase in yield.
