"Saward" is a fermentation and aging equipment that allows mixing, liquid transfer, and aging operations solely through button controls. It consists of a group of devices compatible with various liquid types, capable of continuous measurement even if bubbles enter the mass flow meter designed to handle bubble intrusion. Additionally, it features a level meter resistant to bubbles that can measure fermentation foam on the tank surface. In the production management system, each touch panel displays information to prevent incorrect input.
