The main vacuum deposition units are all multilayer film machines equipped with ion assist mechanisms. We possess a large number of medium-sized machines that are frequently used for prototyping, as well as the largest chamber size in Japan for mass production, the φ1800 unit, enabling cost-effective production. Additionally, we ensure compatibility between prototype and mass production machines, allowing for a smooth transition from prototyping to mass production. We can quickly realize product development from design to commercialization in Japan based on your desired specifications.
