It is an extremely versatile material with high strength, wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, and weldability. This material is used in a wide range of industries, including petroleum equipment, chemical industry, and aerospace, and is utilized in many components such as heavy machinery parts, couplings, drive shafts, and bolts and nuts. Necessary properties can be imparted through heat treatment.
