[Noise Control] We want to change the future of those troubled by noise at the site! As a result of our efforts and innovations driven by that desire, we have achieved a working sound level of 72 dB.

Loud noises during work have a significant impact on both physical and mental health. Particularly in environments where noise levels exceed 85 dB, many places require the use of earplugs or earmuffs, which are often referred to as the "three K's": "hard, painful workplaces." "We want to reduce noise and improve the working environment for our workers..." In response to this desire, Apuyan has gone through various trials and errors, and we have successfully developed a knockout machine that achieves a noise level significantly below 85 dB, at just 72 dB, for the process of dropping cores. (In environments below 85 dB, workers can operate without special protective gear.) Of course, the machine's performance is also excellent. We have a video showing the machine in operation and measuring noise levels, so please take a look below. We will continue to strive to reach a normal sound level of 60 dB through ongoing trials and errors.
