By optimizing the solid elements that will be the spot welding parts, we reduce the number of spots.
Using topology optimization, we sought an optimal arrangement from candidates for spot welding with a limited number of spots. As a result, we were able to reduce the number of spots based on the presence or absence of solid elements in the spot welding areas and determine an optimal arrangement.
