We will introduce a case study of a product developed using 'LabVIEW' at Tanaka Sangyo Co., Ltd. The "LED Inspection System" controls a "voltage-current power supply/monitoring device" from a PC to generate current and perform electrical measurements, while focusing light with an integrating sphere and measuring the intensity of the spectrum with a spectrometer. The "Surface Distortion Measuring Device" measures surface distortion by irradiating the surface with a laser beam and measuring the reflected light. Additionally, there are many other case studies developed with "LabVIEW."
