The H-RV series "H-RVN" is an autoclave (reactor). It uses a sealing method with metal gaskets and bolts. It employs a delta gasket that excels in economy and airtightness, allowing for repeated use of the gasket. Tightening work is made easy by using the torque wrench included as standard, which facilitates the management of tightening torque. ■ It can be used at pressures below 30 MPa and temperatures up to 500°C. ■ The standard capacity ranges from 30 milliliters to 600 milliliters. The design capacities include 30ml, 50ml, 100ml, 150ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml, and 600ml. ■ The container materials include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS321, SUS310S), Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, H-X), Alloy 59, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), and Incoloy (Incoloy 825). ■ The volumes of 150ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml, and 600ml correspond to small pressure vessels. First-class pressure vessels can also be considered.
