The H-RV series "H-RVT" is an autoclave (reactor). It features a sealing method using metal gaskets and bolts. It employs a delta gasket that excels in economy and airtightness, allowing for repeated use of the gasket. Tightening operations are easily managed using the torque wrench included as standard. ■ It can be used at pressures below 30 MPa and temperatures up to 500°C. ■ The standard capacity ranges from 30 milliliters to 600 milliliters. The design capacities include 30ml, 50ml, 100ml, 150ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml, and 600ml. ■ The container materials include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS321, SUS310S), Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, H-X), Alloy 59, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), and Incoloy (Incoloy 825). ■ The volumes of 150ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml, and 600ml correspond to small pressure vessels. First-class pressure vessels can also be considered.
