It is an inverted metallurgical microscope suitable for identifying the structure and composition of metals and alloy materials.
Coarse movement is 38mm, and fine adjustment accuracy is 0.002mm, allowing adjustments on both sides. It is equipped with a 5-hole revolver, enabling the use of five different objective lenses by switching between them. By using a plug-in polarizing plate kit, simple polarized observation is possible. A metal stage plate with a diameter of 25 mm is available as an option. It comes with a digital camera port for capturing photos and videos, allowing for image analysis on a computer. It features coaxial low-position adjustment rulers and stage extension boards, widely accommodating the needs of customers seeking different analytical approaches by expanding the applicable range. Direct price starts at 656,000 yen (excluding tax).

Detailed information
-
You can take pictures using a camera connected to an electron microscope via USB from a PC. You can save and manage the captured images by assigning file names. Basic editing of the captured images is possible, including changes to resolution, brightness, saturation, and contrast, as well as rotation, flipping, and cropping. Various filters can be applied, colorization by channel, layer manipulation, file format conversion, and exporting multiple still images into a video. You can perform region segmentation on the edited and colorized image using algorithms such as the Watershed algorithm and Otsu's binarization algorithm, and label the number of segmented regions. Annotations for scale and angle can be inserted onto the edited image.
