Hydrostatic pressure stimulation culture device for bone cells and muscle cells.
CellScale's MCTR is a device that allows for cell culture under hydrostatic pressure. Cells are placed in a 9-well pressure chamber filled with culture medium, covered with a PTFE membrane, and hydrostatic pressure is applied to the cells from above the membrane using pressure from an air compressor. 【Features】 ■ Pressure can be applied from 50 to 700 KPa (0.05 to 0.7 MPa) ■ Dedicated software allows for easy setting of load, hold, and unload times and distances ■ The pressure chamber, O-ring, and membrane are autoclavable and reusable *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us. Detailed information
-
CellScale's MCTR can apply hydrostatic pressure stimuli of up to 700KPa to cells. Cells are placed in a dedicated 9-well chamber filled with culture medium, covered with a PTFE membrane, and sealed with a lid. The chamber is connected to a controller and an air compressor, allowing hydrostatic pressure to be applied to the cells through the membrane. The stimulation protocol can be set from dedicated software, allowing adjustments to the strength and duration of the Load, Hold, and Recover phases. Since the protocol is recorded in the controller, it can be used independently after recording, saving space.
