**Usage Instructions (Simplified Version)** 1. Hydrophilically treat the substrate and place it in a 6-well plate. 2. After washing the adipose tissue or liposuction material with saline (or PBS), place it on top of the substrate (for liposuction material, place the substrate on the included cell strainer before placing the liposuction material on top). 3. Add 5 mL of medium to each well, ensuring that the separating substrate is submerged in the medium. 4. Incubate in a 37°C incubator for 10 to 14 days. 5. Once the adipose stem cells occupy about 10 to 20% of the separating substrate, collect the cells.
