You can take pictures with a camera connected to an electron microscope via USB from a PC. You can name and save the captured images for management. Basic editing of the captured images (changing resolution, brightness, saturation, and contrast, as well as rotation, flipping, and cropping), applying various filters, colorizing by channel, layer manipulation, file format conversion, and exporting multiple still images to a video are all possible.

It is possible to apply region segmentation using algorithms such as the Watershed algorithm and Otsu's binarization algorithm to the edited and colored image, and to label the number of segmented regions. Annotations for scale and angle can be inserted onto the edited image.
