This is a supply, alignment, and storage device for ICs within a magazine in the IC chip manufacturing process. The customer's request was for a device that has a front-and-back inversion function between magazine supply and storage (both using reciprocating transport). The magazine is transported to the magazine elevator, where it is moved up and down by chucking. After inverting the IC inside the device, the substrate is transferred to the magazine storage section.
