This is a falling number tester that measures the strength of α-amylase activity in wheat and determines its quality.
You can measure two samples simultaneously. Settings can be easily adjusted using touch button operations. FN and FFN modes allow for easy selection of two modes with one button. It is possible to adjust the moisture content (%) and moisture FN (%). The display shows the status of temperature, average value, and mixing ratio. Any excess or shortage of pure water is displayed on the LCD screen when pouring into the tank; if there is a shortage, a buzzer sounds, and the device automatically stops. You can print the details of the samples created on-site using the built-in printer. *FN mode: Measurement of natural α-amylase activity intensity *FFN mode: Measurement of natural α-amylase activity + total intensity of microbial-derived amylase (it is possible to confirm the total enzyme activity by adding microbial enzymes).
