We would like to introduce a case study of grinding processing of cylindrical grinding machine challenge materials conducted at Sakai Iron Works Co., Ltd. It was very challenging to ensure precision with only lathe processing. This was delivered for educational purposes at Meister College in Kashiwazaki City. Additionally, we have other processing examples such as "flatness of 0.01 on a surface plate using a lapping machine" and "finishing of the inner diameter of a connecting rod by one-pass honing."
