The "OSK 12LJ 169" is a petroleum colorimeter composed of two disks embedded with 16 color standard glasses. Using a three-view method that allows simultaneous viewing of the sample and the colors of two ASTM color standard glasses through a prism, it enables easier and more accurate determination. The tungsten halogen lamp provides illumination corrected to the CIE (International Commission on Illumination) standard light source C, ensuring an appropriate lighting environment for color determination. 【Features】 - By setting the two standard glasses to the upper and lower limits of the specified range, it is easy to determine whether the sample is within the specified range. - The sample chamber can hold three ASTM colorimetric test tubes with an inner diameter of 33mm. - Read the numbers until the sample color matches one of the standard colors on either side. - Opaque samples are heated to a temperature exceeding the haze point and compared at that temperature. - Samples darker than ASTM color 8 are diluted with kerosene before measurement. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
