We would like to introduce an example of the "vulcanization molding process" conducted at Brain Seal. Parts (such as SK5, SUS, brass, etc.) are degreased and cleaned, and the surface of the parts is roughened using a blasting machine to enhance the adhesive strength between the rubber and the parts. After implementing various processes such as "adhesive application" and "secondary vulcanization," we ensure secure packaging to prevent any scratches on the product before delivering it to our customers. For distant customers, we use external transportation services for shipping.
