This is a film thickness gauge equipped with an automatic substrate discrimination function, compatible with both electromagnetic and eddy current methods.
Measurement range is 0 to 1250 µm. High precision measurement is possible at a low price (±2% or 2.5 µm). A flexible cover is used for the sensor, allowing measurements even with vibrations from the operating device. The V-shaped groove makes it easy to determine the axis point and reference point on round surfaces. Compact body allows for one-handed operation and excellent portability. It can switch between single measurement and continuous measurement modes, enabling error determination of coating thickness within a certain range in continuous measurement mode.
