■ Porous Materials Development of materials such as tungsten porous materials. The porous sections utilize capillary phenomena to inject special liquids, making them functional materials. They can also be made lightweight. ■ Ceramic-Metal Composite Materials Molybdenum/alumina composite sintered body (conductive, with adjustable thermal expansion coefficient). We are developing materials aimed at special properties such as control of conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient. ■ High and Medium Density Tungsten Lures Lures made from tungsten alloy materials with a specific density set according to the application. The density and the additives used can be selected based on your requirements. ■ Composite Metal Sintered Products Products made from composite metal gradient materials of nickel (upper side) to tungsten alloy (lower side). These are integrally sintered with multiple metals according to the required functions. ■ Prototype of Tai Rubber Prototype machined from block sintering of tungsten alloy. This prototype was created by block sintering and further machining to reduce mold costs before finalizing the design. ■ Weight for Center of Gravity Shifting Lures Internal moving weight for plastic lures. This weight has an increased proportion of iron-based materials in tungsten alloy, allowing for controlled magnetic force. Experimental prototypes are also possible.
