It is made from ultra-fine wires with diameters of a few microns, and various materials are processed into all shapes. Additionally, by applying high-temperature heat treatment in hydrogen and other atmospheres, oxides and impurities are removed, deformation is prevented, resistance values are controlled, and torque and tensile strength are managed.

■ Twisted Wire (Strand) Coil This product is used in vacuum devices such as vacuum sputtering equipment and film deposition equipment (PVD/CVD). Various shapes other than twisted wire are also possible. ■ Coils for Sensors and Analytical Instruments For analytical instruments such as gas detection sensors and X-ray analysis equipment, materials like platinum, thorium tungsten, and rhenium tungsten are also used. ■ Coils for Special Light Sources The coils from Gakuseki Electric are often used in special light sources for analysis, such as optical inspection lamps and UV lamps. ■ Electron Guns and Magnetrons Coils used in electron beam guns (EBG) such as special cathodes and electron guns for thermionic emission. We also manufacture and assemble parts other than coils. ■ Medical Coils and Multi-Strip Coils Medical catheter components such as high-torque catheter coils and catheter guide coils can accommodate long coils and multi-strip coils. ■ Medical Fine Coils Platinum and SUS coils, gold-plated tungsten coils, tungsten mesh coils, and coils for fine markers. We also accommodate materials like platinum and SUS.
