Active in a site with serious labor shortages! A case study utilizing fixed asset management in the range of thousands to tens of thousands.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Locus Mapping" and "P3 Finder" at a comprehensive cutting tool/machine manufacturer. In manufacturing sites, there are many cases where management relies on analog methods using paper or on the experience and intuition of veteran staff, leading to significant time spent on inventory, work-in-progress, shipping and receiving, and searching. By implementing this system, accurate inventory counts and locations can be grasped in a timely manner, improving service levels. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Spending time on unproductive tasks - Time consumed on inventory checks ■Results - Resolved inefficiencies such as the inability to find necessary items - Also utilized for location management of measuring instruments and instructions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We are developing Locus Mapping (an inventory and item management system that visualizes the location of items using RFID) and RFID production and process management systems, addressing labor shortages and improving productivity in retail, manufacturing, and logistics. RFID tags have become inexpensive, costing less than 10 yen each, and can read large quantities instantly, reducing the time required for inventory and shipping tasks by 80%. Previously, it was not possible to identify the location of scanned items, but our patented technology (radio wave phase analysis) enables the identification of the location of inventory and items, which can also be utilized for location management.
