Confirming loss with metal-compatible tags! Introducing a case study on how to streamline the precise management of tools.
We would like to introduce a case study of our management system, 'P3 Finder.' In airport maintenance facilities, the loss of tools can lead to accidents, so very strict management is implemented; however, this also takes up a lot of time for management. By introducing this system, we can attach small metal-compatible tags to each tool and perform a bulk reading before and after maintenance to check for any losses. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Loss of tools can lead to accidents - Time is consumed for management ■Results - RFID and our solution streamline strict management - Efficiently search in case of loss or potential loss *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We are developing Locus Mapping (an inventory and item management system that visualizes the location of items using RFID) and RFID production and process management systems, addressing labor shortages and improving productivity in retail, manufacturing, and logistics. RFID tags have become inexpensive, costing less than 10 yen each, and can read large quantities instantly, reducing the time required for inventory and shipping tasks by 80%. Previously, it was not possible to identify the location of scanned items, but our patented technology (radio wave phase analysis) enables the identification of the location of inventory and items, which can also be utilized for location management.
