Supports soldering and rework under a microscope with high-density, high-heat-capacity substrates.
The FX-1003 utilizes the principle of IH (induction heating) that directly heats the tip, achieving excellent thermal characteristics. Even with a smaller tip, the heat power does not diminish, demonstrating great effectiveness in micro soldering. It is suitable for soldering and rework tasks under a microscope on high-density, high-thermal-capacity substrates. It includes a temperature adjustment feature called "BOOST mode," which slightly raises the tip temperature and alleviates individual differences in tip temperature. It can also accommodate situations where "a little more power is needed." 【Features】 ■ Achieves excellent thermal characteristics through the principle of IH (induction heating) that directly heats the tip. ■ The heat power remains strong even with a smaller tip, demonstrating great effectiveness in micro soldering. ■ Equipped with "Power Assist." ■ Includes a temperature adjustment feature called "BOOST mode." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Features of General IH Method】 ■ The set temperature is determined by the tip series, so it can be used immediately without temperature adjustment. ■ There is no need for calibration as temperature changes due to heater degradation do not occur. ■ Since it utilizes physical phenomena, the tip temperature does not exceed the set temperature. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
