An advanced simulation environment assists with "transformation and challenges"! The development time for new products is halved.
At the Material Handling Division of Tsubakimoto Chain Co., we are leveraging the technology we have cultivated to focus on transportation, specifically moving goods. There were three challenges in the development method for actually producing prototypes. As a solution to these challenges, we considered development in a virtual space. As a result, we decided to adopt 'FlexSim', which allows us to simulate most of the processes up to market launch. As a result of the implementation, we experienced a development period that felt less than half of what it used to be. Additionally, development can now be carried out with a smaller team than before. [Main Effects of Implementation] ■ Development period for new products halved ■ Knowledge sharing and consensus among team members ■ Feasible calculations suited to actual conditions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
