Q. What is the background that led to the introduction of the television window system? It is to enhance the functions of the branch offices. In our city, there are branch offices in four out of the seven wards, but there are some services that are not handled at these offices. Citizens have expressed a desire for the branch offices to increase the range of services they offer, but there have been challenges such as staffing and system improvements. In response to these issues, we decided to start the television window system from the perspective of promoting digital transformation (DX) after discussions with the relevant departments aimed at improvement. Q. How would you evaluate the tele-window during the demonstration experiment? Well, the feedback has been positive. People have a good image of being able to use it. We can view documents together on the screen, and the clarity is very good. We are also trying out various options like document cameras and headsets. With a dedicated button, citizens can easily switch the screen, and we are particularly satisfied with the operation and quality aspects.
