Easily and automatically inspect the appearance of stamped products!
SSE-VI01 primarily conducts appearance inspections after processing for press-formed products such as reinforcement plates made of SUS or aluminum (inspections for burrs, scratches, etc., and confirmation of the presence or absence of cuts). The workpieces are transported on an XY stage, and image processing is performed for each block with pre-specified coordinates, displaying a comprehensive judgment of OK/NG. The details of individual judgments are stored on the image processing device and can also be uploaded to a server via network connection.
