It is used for measuring signal lights and track relays. For signal lights, the voltage and current of each indication are measured. It is compatible with both LED and bulb types. For track relays, it measures the track voltage, local voltage, and phase difference at each phase state (90 degrees, 45 degrees, 0 degrees). It can measure binary two-position relays and binary three-position relays in commercial track circuits or divided frequency track circuits, and it is capable of measuring one track relay.
