By shining a 375nm black light on the banknote, the anti-counterfeiting fluorescent ink reacts in orange!
Black lights are suitable for checking the anti-counterfeiting ink printed on banknotes. A 10,000 yen banknote was illuminated and photographed with "PW-UV343H-03L." When exposed to a 375nm black light, the anti-counterfeiting fluorescent ink on the banknote reacts with an orange color. Additionally, the banknote shows little reaction at a wavelength of 400nm. Please choose the wavelength according to your application. 【What is a Black Light】 ■ A general term for lights that emit light primarily in the ultraviolet range, which has a shorter wavelength than 400nm in the visible spectrum. ■ Fluorescent reactions that cannot be obtained with visible light, as well as various reactions depending on the object, can be observed. ■ Used widely for purposes ranging from fluorescent verification and hobbies like glow-in-the-dark lures to counterfeit detection of banknotes and industrial ultraviolet flaw detection lamps. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
