The "Chondrocyte Differentiation Induction Kit" is a kit designed for regenerative medicine research that allows for the differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocytes when cultured in cell culture plates (48-well, flat-bottom recommended) for 3 to 4 weeks. It can induce differentiation equivalent to approximately two 48-well plates. Additionally, the chondrocyte differentiation induction medium contains components such as TGF-β and dexamethasone, and is formulated to efficiently promote the differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells. 【Operating Instructions (Simplified Version)】 ■1. Seed human mesenchymal stem cells in a cell culture plate and culture overnight with seed medium (37°C, 5% CO2). ■2. Add chondrocyte differentiation induction medium and continue culturing. ■3. Change the medium every 3 to 5 days and culture for 3 to 4 weeks. ■4.
