Our election system is specialized for university professor elections and elections for religious organizations. It features a multi-round voting mechanism that allows for multiple votes to narrow down candidates rather than deciding in a single round. The screen seen by the facilitator (the system operator) is completely separate from the screen shown to voters, and basic functions such as not displaying interim results until the voting deadline are well-developed. In addition to the election mode, there is a voting mode (for/against/abstain), and both modes can be easily switched using tabs on the operation screen. *The election mode can also be used for survey collection. Traditional paper ballots require a lot of effort and time for preparation and counting, and systems that use smartphones instead of paper ballots face various difficulties such as app downloads, wireless environment issues, and information management in cloud usage. However, by using dedicated voting terminals, voting and counting can be conducted easily, reliably, quickly, and with high confidentiality without causing stress. The operating PC is a laptop, and the dedicated voting terminal is lightweight and compact enough to fit in the palm of your hand, making setup at the venue very simple.
