No cover glass is needed during observation with a microscope or confocal microscope! Simplifies observation operations by preventing cell deformation and drying.
The NEST glass-bottom dish/plate has a central diameter of approximately 1 cm and a thickness of about 0.16 mm at the outer edge, with a slide glass that has excellent light transmittance adhered to the bottom of the plastic plate. By simply placing the dish holder on the microscope stage, it is possible to observe cells. When observing under the microscope, the cells are covered with liquid, and no cover glass is needed. This allows for the maintenance of cell shape while preventing deformation and drying, simplifying the observation process by saving reagents and cells.
