The wide design makes pipetting and cell scraper operations easy. The culture surface excels in uniformity and smoothness, providing a clear view during microscopic observation.
Two types of flasks are available: (1) TC-treated flasks that improve the initial adhesion and proliferation of cells by hydrophilic surface treatment, and (2) untreated flasks that make it difficult for suspended cells to adhere, minimizing damage and loss during recovery. The wide-mouth design facilitates pipetting and cell scraper operations. The culture surface is excellent in uniformity and smoothness, providing a clear view during microscopic observation. Flasks with filter caps use hydrophobic filters to prevent the intrusion of fungi and bacteria into the flask.

basic information
Cell culture flasks are available in sizes T25, T75, T175, and T225, and can be selected in combination with sealed caps and breathable caps. - Made of high-quality polystyrene compliant with USP Class VI - Excellent optical properties make it easy to use for microscopic observation. - TC untreated is distinguished by a yellow cap, while TC treated is distinguished by a green cap. - The breathable cover is covered with a 0.2 μm hydrophobic membrane for sterile gas exchange, reducing the risk of contamination. - The sealing cap is formed once without an internal gasket and is commonly used for closed culture. - Equipped with dedicated gear, it can also be used for open culture when the screw is removed. - Pipettes or cell scrapers can easily reach the neck and bottom of the bottle. - The neck opening is high, making it less likely for media to spill even when laid flat, preventing contamination. - Stacking is less likely to slip, and the matte writing surface on the side of the flask is writable.
