Active in resin replacement for high-temperature resins and super engineering plastics. Demonstrates excellent cleaning power in high-temperature ranges exceeding 330°C.
"Ascaclean PX2・PF" is a high-temperature purge agent that enables efficient cleaning through resin and color changes, such as with super engineering plastics. It demonstrates high cleaning power in temperature ranges exceeding 330°C and can also suppress smoke and odor generation. It helps reduce losses and defects, contributing to improved product quality. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with super engineering plastics such as PPS, PEI, LCP, and PEEK ■ Maximum usage temperature: 420°C ■ "PF grade" is compatible with holiday seals *We are currently offering a "guidebook" that introduces the procedures for raising and lowering temperatures during purging with Ascaclean.

Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products. In 2008, we introduced the high-performance grade IMX, which has a completely different design concept from the conventional Asaclean, contributing to further reductions in foreign matter defect rates and the efficiency of molding machine maintenance. In the future, we will continue to provide products that further contribute to "reducing losses and improving efficiency in molding sites = cost reduction."
