Tensile test / Hardness test / Composition analysis / Microstructure observation 【Contract testing】
Tensile test / hardness test / composition analysis / microstructure observation - from specimen preparation to after follow-up - Nadcap certification obtained.
It is a comprehensive inspection service that corresponds to various materials. We handle everything from material extraction, heat treatment, specimen machining, material testing, submission of reports, to aftercare. In the case of physical testing, it is also possible to verify properties under adverse conditions in conjunction with X-ray inspection and penetrant testing.

basic information
【Tensile Test】 To determine the cross-sectional area of the specimen, measure the dimensions of the central section of the parallel part. Attach the specimen to the testing machine, input the test conditions, and start the measurement. Measure the tensile strength and yield strength until the specimen fractures. After fracture, align the specimen to measure elongation. 【Hardness Test】 Cut out a portion of the specimen or use the product itself and place it on the anvil of the testing machine. Press a spherical indenter into the center of the specimen to determine Rockwell hardness or calculate Brinell hardness using the average diameter of the indentation. 【Component Analysis】 Grind the sample to a flat surface and mount it on the sample support of the optical emission spectrometer as an electrode, using tungsten as the counter electrode. Apply voltage between the two electrodes to create a discharge, spectrally analyze the spectral lines with a spectrometer, and measure the intensity of the spectral lines for quantitative components. Then, convert this into concentration. 【Microstructure Observation】 Polish and grind the surface of the specimen according to a specified process to ensure it is a single plane (refer to the metal microstructure testing manual). Observe with a microscope, capturing images of representative areas and any defects present.
